2008: And we need--if you ever need to plan the reunion

This is a work in progress. You should be able to go to the dashboard and edit this post.

From Tiak O'Kahata

Reserve Pine Ridge, rooms and all cabins for 2010 after the first of the year 2009. Teresa Fuller has all of the details of what we rent from year to year.

19 tables this year which covered eating and the auction...add one for outside. I would like at least one more for general non-picture board pictures.

Large garbage bags for the large garbage cans. Tiak o'Khata provides. We bring black garbage bags to cover the crawfish eating table.

Turn on stove.

Need to let them know we will be in the lodge until about 3:00 p.m.

Alec has been bringing lemonaide and water. He brought soft drinks this year. Should we bring our own? He brought three big igloos for drinks.

Don't forget the lawn chairs.
