Ditch muscles sauteed in butter sauce?

Did we drink unpasturized milk?

Oh, yeah, those crunchy fish fins were just as good as the tails.

The first chitterlins I encountered were at the terrell house in the country. Ugh. But then we went to Anna's and the ugh still applied. We went there and cut a Christmas tree, and we also picked muscadines there. remember they had the ramp for loading cattle, and Hoyle had a hand carved chinese checker board????
